    Owned the implementation of computational software for MRI region-of-interest (ROI) analysis, translating research literature and high-level technical direction into efficient, maintainable Python systems.

    What I Did

    • Designed and implemented an automated MRI ROI analysis pipeline in Python
    • Translated published research algorithms and mathematical descriptions into working code
    • Extended existing ROI standardization approaches with clustering-based modifications
